The Surgeon General recently proclaimed what we’ve all known: the parents are not alright.
We are asked to do too much with too few resources, which makes it so easy to slip into reactive, crisis-mode-style planning to keep our homes running. While we value equity in our partnerships, the way life comes at us makes it hard to imagine how to do anything different.
You don’t have to figure it out alone!
The Fair Play Method provides you with the language and structure to tame the chaos, and more efficiently and equitably manage your household responsibilities.
It helps you and your partner feel seen and appreciated for the hard work you do every day to build your beautiful life.
This workshop offers practical guidance, personalized strategies, and peer support so that you can take concrete steps toward creating a balanced and harmonious home life.
