Killearn Kids 2026 Summer Camp

CAMP INFORMATION

·       Camp is available for students who are rising Kindergarteners through rising 6th graders.

·   Drop off starts at 7:30 am, children need to be picked up by 6pm.

·       Camp will run for 9 weeks from June 1 - July 31. 

·       Week 1 does not include Killearn VBS. If your child would like to attend VBS in the morning you can register separately.

2026 SUMMER CAMP FEES

• Weekly tuition is due the first day of the week and is considered late after the first day of camp. You will receive tuition payment instructions after registration is complete. 
• $90.00 Supply fee - per child (due at registration)
• $190.00 Tuition - per child, per week 
• $150.00 Tuition - per sibling, per same week 

Week of 4th of July [WEEK 5]:

• $155.00 Tuition - 1st child
• $120.00 Tuition - per sibling, per same week

2026 Registration Process

This updated process allows us to manage enrollment more efficiently, provide greater flexibility in classes, and serve as many families as possible with a fun and enriching summer experience.

Step 1: Submit the Interest Form

Complete the short Interest Form linked below.

You will indicate:

• The weeks you are requesting
• The number of children you are enrolling

Once submitted, you will receive confirmation from me regarding availability.

Step 2: Complete Official Registration

If space is available, you will receive a private registration link.

• A $90 non-refundable registration fee per child is due at the time of registration.
• You will have 48 hours to complete registration after receiving the link to secure your child’s spot.
• This link is private and should not be shared with others.

26/27 After School Program

The After School Program accommodates students from kindergarten through fifth grade, and includes outdoor play, crafts, homework room, Wednesday Chapel, free choices and other forms of structured and

unstructured play. We will pick up your children from school and bring them to our campus.

We pick up from the following schools: Desoto Trail, Roberts, Gilchrist.

Students must be picked up by 6 PM.

Rates and Fees

The monthly After School Care rate is based on the 180-day calendar year and includes the early release days. It is not figured monthly. Monthly tuition is due the 15th of every month. Your tuition will be set for an automatic payment to be made from your account on file. On the 1st month of non-tuition payment, a $10 late fee will be added to your monthly tuition with an additional $10 added every week after the due date. On the 2nd month of nonpayment, a $60 late fee will be added to your monthly tuition. On the 3rd month of nonpayment, the child will be removed from Killearn Kids camp.

$100 - Deposit/Supply fee per child

$220 - Monthly, first child

$190 - Each additional child in the same family



Fall Registration is open to current families. Opens to the public June 1st.
