PREMIER THERAPY's AD&D Insurance plan with Guardian is available to employees who work 32+ hours per week. The company pays 100% of the cost for $15k coverage. Employees are able to add more through voluntary coverage up to $500k. AD&D insurance compliments life insurance by protecting you and your loved ones in case of death or dismemberment, due to a covered accident.
Coverage is effective on the 1st of the month following a 30-day waiting period after start date. |
