Handi Quilter Classes in Albuquerque

The Handi Quilter Van is coming to Bob's on Alameda!

Bob's is excited to be your new Handi Quilter dealer. Handi Quilter is bringing in six Handiquilter Amara machines with Pro-Stitchers and Barb Tatara, a Handi Quilter National Educator, for a 3-day, hands-on event.

All classes will take place in the classroom upstairs at Bob's Alameda store. Class sessions are 9am-4pm. Everything, including lunch, is provided for you.

This event takes place from Monday, April 3 through Wednesday, April 5. Sign up for one or all. Class sizes are limited to 12, so register today!

Monday, April 3:

Basics of Longarm Quilting & Free Motion Quilting Foundations

Day 1 is geared toward quilters interested in purchasing or upgrading a longarm, and for new longarm quilters.

Tuesday, April 4: Pro-Stitcher Basic & Ruler(r) Your Quilts!

Day 2 is geared toward quilters interested in adding robotics to their machine, and learning ruler work.

Wednesday, April 5: Beyond Basic Background Fills, Mandala Magic, Not Your Average Orange Peel & Appliqué on the Longarm

Day 3, is geared towards the longarm quilter who wants to learn four fun, new techniques.

Open House/Reception

In addition to our six classroom machines, Bob's will have additional Handi Quilter models and accessories for you to try out on our Show Floor. The Show Floor is open while classes are in session and everyone is invited. There is no charge for touring the Show Floor.

On Monday night at 5:30, will be Open House on the Show Floor and a reception with beverages and snacks. Again, there is no charge for this and everyone is invited.
