What if abundance isn’t something we acquire, but a way of receiving and participating in life?

We often think of abundance in terms of having more—more resources, more opportunities, more love, more certainty. But what if abundance begins somewhere deeper?

In Abundance as a Way of Being, we’ll explore abundance as a quality of awareness: the way we receive, perceive, and participate in the life that is already here.

Through movement, breath, mudra, meditation, and reflection, we’ll begin in the body and ask:

What does openness feel like in me?

What happens when I allow myself to receive?

Drawing inspiration from yogic wisdom and the Divine Feminine, including Lakshmi and Tripura Sundari, we’ll explore a different question—not simply “How do I get abundance?” but “How do I learn to see beautifully?” No particular spiritual or religious background is needed to participate.

Together, we’ll explore four dimensions of abundance:

  • Relationships — receiving and offering love and connection.
  • Delightmaking room for pleasure, play, beauty, and joy.
  • Material Prosperitycultivating enoughness, stewardship, and generosity.
  • Liberationdiscovering freedom through presence rather than escape.

We’ll also make room for the shadows that can accompany these dimensions—scarcity, isolation, comparison, guilt, fear, greed, and avoidance—not as evidence that we are failing, but as places asking for greater awareness, compassion, and space.

This isn't a workshop about manifesting more things or convincing ourselves that everything is abundant.

It is an invitation to experience abundance as a way of seeing, receiving, and being.

And we'll end where we began: in the body—so abundance leaves with us not merely as an idea, but as something we have begun to feel.

Come as you are. There is nothing you need to acquire before you arrive.

My hope isn't that you leave with a new definition of abundance.

My hope is that you leave having felt—even for a moment—that abundance may already be present in the way you receive, see, and participate in your life.

Come exactly as you are.

There is room for all of you—and nothing you need to become before you begin.

With love,
