100 South Campus Drive Renderings & Mock Unit Photography

100 South Campus Drive (SCD) is our newest Harvard Affiliate housing in Allston that brings sustainable living and vibrant community spaces to the comfort of your home. 100 SCD adds 276 brand new residential units to the Barry's Corner neighborhood, located just across the Charles River within a 1-mile walk to Harvard Yard. 

100 South Campus Drive will be available for eligible Harvard Affiliates to sign leases in April (which is before our annual Housing Lottery), with lease start dates in August. More specific information and dates will be shared on our website as we finalize more details in the Spring!
