A Training Series for Community Helpers

Many individuals in our community naturally serve as trusted confidants—whether you’re a hairstylist, bartender, fitness instructor, dentist, or librarian, you may find that people share their struggles with you. Beyond the Connection is a free three-part training series designed to equip you with the tools to foster meaningful conversations, offer a listening ear, and connect individuals with the mental health resources they need.

Each session builds upon the last, helping you develop skills in active listening, crisis support, and resource navigation. Don’t miss this opportunity to make a difference in your community. Reserve your spot now and join us in creating meaningful connections that can support those in need. Sign up below!

Check-in for each event will begin 15 minutes before the event start time. If you have any questions, please contact Erin Murphy, LPC, at emurphy@mentalhealthmonmouth.org.

Please register for only one Session 2 date, as both cover the same material.
