Terms and Conditions Contest: The contest begins at 1:00 PM EST March 18, 2024 and ends at 11:59PM EST September 30, 2024. The decisions of the judges are final and not subject to appeal. Eligibility: Contest open to travel agents in Canada, except, employees and immediate family members (and/or persons domiciled with) of Hawai‘i Tourism Canada and/or any employees or members of their affiliated companies. How to Enter: Travel advisors must complete certification one and two of the program at agents.gohawaii.com by the closing date listed above. At the end of the Incentive, Three newly qualified specialist who completed their training within the incentive period will be selected as the winners. Must provide certificate as proof of completion. Prize First prize $200 gift card from giftcard.ca Second prize $150 gift card from giftcard.ca Third prize $100 gift card from giftcard.ca Selection of winner: A random draw will take place at the close of the incentive period from all qualified Hawai‘i Destination Specialist who became eligible during the incentive period. The winners will be notified within seven days by phone or email (using the details provided with registration). Where attempts to contact the winner fail; (e.g., when the prize winner cannot be contacted by email after three attempts) we will select another winner based on the same criteria. Winners consent to the disclosure of their personal information to comply with this clause. By accepting the prize, winners agree and acknowledge that Hawaii Tourism Canada (The Promoter), or prize partners:
- can contact them to provide comments about the Incentive and may take photos or recordings of them.
- may use any comments obtained from them, their name, and/or likeness and any photos or recordings taken of them (the Materials) for future Incentive and marketing purposes without further reference or compensation to them.
- may duplicate, alter, adapt, and utilize the Materials as the Promoter wishes at anytime, anywhere, and by any means (including communicating them to the public in any media, including media not yet in existence). The Promoter may license, authorize, or otherwise transfer the rights in the Materials to others to do the same.
- they grant on creation of the Materials as a royalty free, perpetual, exclusive and irrevocable license to use the Materials for whatever purpose it determines.
