Appetizer: Mix Appetizer Platter (Chef's selection of appetizers)

Salad: Beet salad (Roasted beets, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, walnuts, dressed with balsamic vinaigrette)

Main: Lamb Beyti Kebab (Grilled spicy minced lamb on skewer seasoned with Turkish spices)

OR

Grilled Atlantic Salmon (Marinated with special spices & cooked on charcoal grill)

OR

Shrimp Shish (Marinated with special spices & cooked on charcoal grill)

All mains served with rice & salad

Dessert: Profiterole
