Decisions Made with Style: Using Social Dynamics Styles to Improve Decision-Making


June 8, 2025 1:00 - 4:30 pm


There are two fundamental mental processes that precede a decision. The first is perception. The second is evaluation. In other words, becoming aware of information; then assessing that information.


One force exerting a very strong influence over both perceptions and evaluations is a person’s innate Decision-Making Style (DMS). A person’s Decision-Making Style is, in essence, an essential component of their over all Social Style.


Being conscious of your innate DMS, and those of your colleagues, can help you better manage conflicts in your deliberations, value perspectives that are different from yours, and draw on each other’s natural insights and strengths.


This interactive workshop includes an assessment tool and individualized personal report for each participant. The assessment tool is designed to indicate a person’s natural Social Style, which would also reveal their Decision-Making Style.
