Type Utah Fits All Program for Institution/School Name.

Type your Student Account Number or 10-digit phone number (no dashes) for Purchase Order Number.

Note: We will invoice ClassWallet for payment.

SUBMIT ORDER

Once you submit your order, the following emails will be sent from Teachers' Exchange to keep you updated on the progress of your order.
