Tecbond 214B is the world’s first fully-certified biodegradable shaped hot melt adhesive. Available in all shaped stick formats, tecbond 214B is designed to biodegrade in the presence of oxygen, UV light and heat.

1.

Keep adhesive in original packaging, away from direct sunlight and store below 30°C until ready to use.

2.

Only take the adhesive you require to avoid unnecessary exposure.

3.

Load and apply adhesive as normal.

Any Glue left in the applicator should be purged after approximately 24 hours**

We recommend not using tecbond 214B beyond 24 months of the date of manufacture.

**Simply feed a fresh stick into the applicator and dispense until you are confident the previous stick has been expelled.

• Breakdown process begins upon exposure to oxygen, UV light and heat, all naturally occuring environmental conditions.

• The long-chain polymers are broken down, allowing the material to eventually be consumed by micro-organisms.

• The process leaves behind only non-harmful products, no microplastics.
