Good Points Self-Care

Workshops

The Good Points Acupressure for Self-Care series is designed to teach individuals of any age, profession or educational background to take charge of their own health using acupressure.

These 90-minute workshops are interactive, relaxing and fun! You’ll be guided through point location for every point, and you’ll come away with clearly illustrated handouts so you can practice at home.

Weekly Walk-In Acupuncture Clinics

Community style acupuncture is widely

practiced as a way to make acupuncture treatments available to large numbers of people who may or may not have easy access to treatment.  The most common treatment offered at community acupuncture clinics is called the NADA protocol. The acupuncturist places 5 needles in each ear. This treatment can help reduce stress and anxiety; reduce depression; improve sleep and appetite; and provide a general sense of well-being.
