An instructional guide to using the Capture Leads mobile application.
STEP 1
Once your application license has been activated, open the Capture Leads application. This will now bring you to the Attendee List screen.
STEP 2
To scan an attendee, select Scan Badge in the bottom right corner to display the in-app camera.
STEP 3
Align the QR code on the attendee's badge with the in-app camera to scan.
Once the badge has been scanned, you will see the attendee's name within the Attendee List.
STEP 4
You can add notes or select survey question answers for a lead by tapping the attendee's name.
When finished, tap the Attendee List button and you're ready for another scan.
STEP 5
Before exporting your leads, ensure they have been uploaded by swiping down on the Attendee List screen (Internet connection required).
You should now see a green line to the left of each successful scan.
Export leads by navigating to your activation email and clicking the View/Export Leads button.
Leads will be available for export within 24-48 hours of show close.
RFID Scanning
If you are utilizing a rental RFID scanning device, please follow these instructions.
Upon device pickup, you will receive an RFID accessory that plugs directly into the micro-USB slot of the device.
Be sure to slide the plastic extension into the bracket on the back of the device to ensure stability.
Replace steps 2 & 3 above with this step for RFID:
Begin by pressing Scan RFID found in the bottom right corner of the Attendee List screen.
Wave the RFID scanner over the attendee badge to complete the scan.

Want to separate your team's leads?
Select theSalespeople option within the top left menu to assign the following lead scans to a particular user. This will allow you to see who scanned each lead in your post-show reporting.
