This dinner honors the immigrants and refugees who’ve built lives here in Houston. Each of the dinner's six courses is a reflection of their roots and resilience. As they share their stories, we’ll taste the flavors that have shaped them — and, in turn, shaped this city. Joining Chef Kristine, is Chef Keisha Griggs and Chef Gabbie Bacani. Proceeds will support Plant It Forward, an organization I admire deeply for helping these individuals grow something of their own, through farming, community, and opportunity.
