Charlene Kufner joined SpringHill Suites and Newport Hospitality Group in August 2006, rising from housekeeping to Operations Manager. Her stellar reputation for problem-solving, attention to detail, and commitment to cleanliness have been unwavering. She actively participated in NHG Operations Conferences, applying learnings to benefit our hotel. Charlene excels in guest interactions, ensuring their satisfaction and assisting with any challenges.
