WELCOME TO THE 2025 TUITION ASSISTANCE APPLICATION 

1) Families requesting $700 or less per child need to fill out the CYJ aid application, however, are not required to upload their IRS Federal Income Tax Return or W-2 Wage and Tax Statements unless the tuition assistance committee requests them. 

2) If you are not yet enrolled or do not have a payment plan set up, your application for aid will be invisible to administrators, therefore no aid will be considered.

To apply for tuition assistance with Camp Young Judaea Midwest, follow these steps: 

- Begin an application at this website: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/4KT5M Please note to choose the 2025-2026 school year. 

- The first page will explain all the documentation needed to complete the application, including most recent IRS Federal Income Tax Return, and most recent W-2 Wage, and Tax Statements and copies of all supporting tax documents if you have business income/loss. Click here for a complete list of documents needed. 



- The following page will ask you to list all schools and organizations you would like to apply for tuition assistance. If you use the link above, it will automatically place Camp Young Judaea Midwest as an organization. 

If you have already submitted your application with one program and would like to add additional programs, please click on the +Add School/Organization. Search by name. Here are some of the schools/organizations that currently use FACTS:

CHICAGO BASED FAMILIES: 

Please remember to add JUF Residential Summer Camp Scholarship to your application. This will ensure you will be eligible for additional funds from the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago.

Once you have added all schools/organizations, please continue with the application. It must be submitted in full by Friday, February 7, 2025. Please note that other organizations might have different submission deadlines.
