Veronica Aguilera, founder of Wise Women Prosper and a trusted Financial Advisor with over 16 years of experience serving the Prescott, Arizona community, is thrilled to introduce her Estate Planning Attorney partner, Becky Easton!

Becky grew up in Tucson, Arizona, and studied Psychology and Spanish Linguistics at the University of Arizona. That realization took her to the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she honed her skills and served on the Board of Directors for Youth on Record, an organization supporting women and creatives.

After eight years in Colorado, Becky returned to Arizona to be closer to her family. In 2018, she opened Easton Law, Estate and Business Planning. Her firm is a boutique, woman-operated practice focused on serving women, families, neurodivergent individuals, and busy professionals. Becky’s thoughtful approach ensures every client receives intentional counsel and custom-tailored solutions.

Becky is also a familiar voice in the community, having been a guest on podcasts like Speak Up to Lead Up, The Efficiency Bee Podcast, and Cultivating Collaboration with Avontage. Why Should You Attend?

"Estate planning isn’t just about dividing your belongings after you’re gone; it’s about having a voice when you’re unable to speak for yourself. It’s a vital tool for the living, ensuring your wishes are honored and your loved ones are spared unnecessary stress. As a financial advisor, I’ve witnessed firsthand the challenges families face without a proper plan in place. A well-crafted estate plan is an act of love and foresight that safeguards your family’s future."

Two real-life examples that Veronica witnessed

firsthand in her work with clients

You're in the hospital, unable to communicate your needs. Who will speak to your doctors—your new spouse or your adult children from a previous marriage? Have you put your wishes in writing, or will it fall to a care team that doesn’t know you to make critical medical decisions? Imagine your loved ones arguing in the waiting room, each with a different perspective on what should happen. In moments of uncertainty and stress, who can you trust to make these decisions for you? Protect yourself and your family by creating a clear, solid plan that ensures your wishes are honored.

The unthinkable has happened—you and your partner are gone unexpectedly. Who will care for your minor children now that you’re no longer here? Did you name guardians, or will it be left to the courts—who don’t know you or your children—to decide their future? Will probate fees drain the cash assets you intended for them? And now, your private financial matters are made public through the court system, compounding your loved ones’ grief and stress. Protect yourself and your family with a clear, solid plan that ensures your wishes are honored and your children are cared for as you intended.
