Contracts & Payments
A signed contract is required to fully reserve the classroom and podcast studio, which will be sent with the email confirmation of your booking, this contract is to be returned to us at [email protected]. Please do not send any credit card information via email, all credit card information will be taken over the phone or in person. If paying by check, please make the check out to Mountain West IRA and mail it to us or drop it off personally.
Booked dates can be changed at any time with 48-hour notices in advance and are subject to availability if changed. Payment is due 48 hours before the scheduled date of the event. For one-time use please provide at least 3 days notice, and return payment and usage agreement 48 hours before the date of your event. When filling out our form on our website, please make sure to fill in all fields so we can properly accommodate your scheduled event.
Please note, that the podcast studio does not come with engineers, professional editing, filming, or production of any kind. All guests take full responsibility for the podcast equipment in the studio. If any damage is incurred during your time, fines will be assessed. To ensure the state of the equipment, a Mountain West employee will do a walk-through with you before and after the use of the equipment and space. All additional guests must be approved by staff.
