1099 and End-of-Year Statement Available Now - Refinance Special Extended through 1/31 - Resources and Contacts for Debit Cards

Refinance Special Extended Through January 31st:


Our board has voted to extend our refinance special through the end of the month. If you have a loan at another financial institution and want to save money on a high interest loan, we will give you 0.50% off our current posted rates to bring it over to PSRFCU! If you have a loan for a used car, this means you could get approved at as low as 5.75% starting at 60 months.*


Apply for a loan and give us your current rate and the name of the lender for that loan, your two most recent pay stubs, and a photo of your registration to get the process going. Once approved, we will send the payoff and you are officially refinanced!


*Rate and terms are determined by applicant's credit score and income

End-of-Year Statements and 1099 Tax Forms:


Your Quarter 4 and 1099 Tax Statements are now available. These forms are being emailed and mailed based on your preference for statement delivery.


Our mobile app will not have your statements. They can only be electronically accessed by logging in to your online account with PSRFCU via webpage browser here. The office can reset your password and provide your username if you cannot access your account.


Once logged in, go to the Member Services tab, select eStatements, choose Account Statements, and then finally choose the most recent 12/31/2025 Statement. Your 1099 will be towards the bottom of this statement.

Debit Card Contacts and Resources:


Who do I trust for phone calls regarding possible fraud at 8PM? How do I get a hold of someone to change my PIN? My card isn't working, is it locked right now? These are common questions regarding debit cards that we can help with during the day, but we can also help even when we are closed. Here are the resources that are available 24/7.


For Debit Card Activation and Pin Changes:

Any new or replaced card can be activated and have PINs changed or reset at this number.


Debit Card Fraud Services with a Live Agent:

888-918-7313

If you think your card was locked due to possible fraud, or a purchase is not going through, this number will allow you to unlock it with the confirmation of your identity.


Quarter 1 2026 Office Closures and Hours:


Happy 2026! We hope your holiday and New Year celebrations were fantastic and full of family and fun.


Now that we are out of the holiday season, our schedule is back to regular operating hours until the next federal holiday. Our regular operating hours Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM, with a closure for lunch from 1-2PM.


The office will be closed for these upcoming federal holidays:


January 19th, 2026 for MLK Jr. Day


February 16th, 2026 for Presidents' Day


Any office closures for unforeseen reasons like inclement weather will be communicated by email to all members and also posted on psrfcu.org with a message at the top of the webpage.
