What is the LEEPS Program?

LEEPS is a national program developed by The Lincoln Electric Company. The National Coalition of Certification Centers (NC3) is the certification body of LEEPS. The LEEPS program provides schools with a complete suite of portable, stackable industry-recognized welding certifications. The program involves a Train-the-Trainer initiative.

What is Train-the-Trainer?

This training is not about learning how to weld. This training prepares you (the "Trainer") to train others. Upon completion of this training, you will be a certified NC3 instructor who provides standardized, world-class welding training at your organization. You will experience the curriculum, assessments, and exams first-hand before implementing this program in your own classroom.

LEEPS Members:

• Advanced Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)
• Advanced Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)
• Advanced Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)
• Advanced Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW)

*Membership not required to attend. Membership required to implement curriculum/issue certifications.

Travel Information

Airport: Cleveland Hopkins International Airport

Arrival/Departure: Please arrive on Sunday, November, 1, 2025. Training will conclude at 1:00 PM on Friday, November 6, 2025. Attendees must be present for the entire duration of the training.

Transportation: Complimentary shuttle service will be provided daily at 7:30 AM from the hotel.

Additional Information

Equipment: Please bring your own laptop/Chromebook and PPE (see registration form).

Meals: Complimentary breakfast and lunch will be provided to participants each day of their training.

Cost: Member: $1,195, Non-Member: $1,295. Invoices will be sent 7-10 business days after registering.
