Submit Your Pre-Camp Forms

Many of you have already filled out the appropriate forms for your children. If you have not yet submitted these forms, please visit the Parent Portal for additional information. Please note, staff may not have access to forms submitted after July 1. Paper copies will be available as needed at registration.

For infants through third-graders, we need the Children's Program form. If they are attending Northern Pines without a legal guardian, we'll also need the Unaccompanied Minor Health form.

For Wilderness, Junior High, and Senior High—fourth through recent graduates—we just need the Youth Health form.

*New for 2026*

Junior High, Senior High, and Young Adults will have an opportunity to use the high ropes course. All participants are required to sign GLCC's high ropes release form. We are currently unable to collect these signatures online like our other forms, but you can save time at registration by bringing the signed high ropes course forms with you.

Dietary Restrictions

Do you or anyone in your family have special dietary restrictions? There is an additional weekly fee for each special dietary accommodation; $50 for children, youth, and adults of any age. Please submit your dietary requests by June 1; GLCC may not have the capacity to honor requests submitted after June 1. GLCC will reach out to you if they have any questions or concerns about your request.

This year, we are using our own form vs the GLCC form we've used in the past. With this new form we can gather program information and you can submit and requests for everyone in your family at the same time. These requests and special meals are managed by GLCC.

Sunday Registration

The GLCC campus is quite large with long roads through wooded areas. To help you navigate to the registration locations for the various programs, we've outlined directions to each program location. The maps on this guide are simplified and not to scale. We have also have a more detailed map to help you navigate during your week!

Highway 82 to GLCC often has have poor cell signal. If you stream music, books, or entertainment while driving, you may want to download some content for this stretch of the drive. Please also be extra alert on these smaller roads for deer and other larger animals on the road.

Please note, registration for Adults and Children's Program will now be inside Pillsbury.

After-Service Prayer Team



We are excited to continue our after-service prayer team. This ministry time is available for our adult attendees after our Family Hour and Evening Sessions.

This will be our fourth year offering this ministry. We are looking for volunteers to join the prayer team. When the speakers conclude their messages, our prayer team will be available to anyone who needs prayer and encouragement! (individuals, couples, singles, etc.)

Professional Family Photos



There are family photo sessions available each week on family day. Join award-winning photographer, Andrew Vick for one of his sessions each week on Wednesday afternoon.

In Case of Rain

Often, rain in the forecast for Green Lake dissipates due to the lake effect. However, we do sometimes get some afternoon rain during the weeks of Northern Pines. If there is rain in the forecast, please consider packing rain supplies (umbrella, rain coat, and/or rain boots) for everyone in your family.
