Pay Description

Base:

No base pay. You will be paid the greater of commissions earned plus additional bonuses and spiffs or an hourly wage of 1.5x minimum wage rate.´╗┐


Commission:

20% on front end gross profit

Minimum commission per deal scales based on volume


Bonuses:

10% finance bonus including warranty and aftermarket product
