Hello, I'm Sandra L. Jean, an attorney and the CEO of Jean Consulting Group LLC, where we specialize in regulatory compliance and risk mitigation for business owners.

In 2014, I recognized the need to support small business owners, particularly first-generation immigrants, in avoiding devastating lawsuits that could jeopardize their companies and personal assets.

Despite this realization, I initially hesitated to act on my idea, believing that I needed the security of a stable salary to provide for myself and my daughters.

However, in 2021, as my youngest daughter prepared to start college, I began to shift my perspective. Starting a business is a bold move.

Despite my 25 years of experience as an attorney, I had never ventured into running a business.

In December 2021, I made a life-changing decision. I submitted my resignation and officially launched The Jean Consulting Group Full Time in March 2022.

I embarked on this journey to leverage my expertise and bring value to business owners while pursuing my passion.

Having seen the impact The Jean Consulting Group has had on entrepreneurs both locally and nationally, I am proud to say that we have been able to save them hundreds of thousands of dollars, which could have otherwise wiped out their businesses.

With my executive background in operations and law as well as my dedication to helping entrepreneurs navigate regulatory challenges and grow, I am confident that The Jean Consulting Group LLC will continue to make a positive impact and add immense value to the business world.
