Hey, my name is Katie!


I started my health and fitness journey 4 years ago after suffering from postpartum depression and anxiety. After speaking with a doctor, I decided to make some lifestyle changes. The first two years of that journey I had a lot of hurdles to overcome. With a lot of trial and error, trying every diet known to man, I came across a health and fitness platform that has all access to nutrition and fitness, and focuses mainly on a persons "Health Esteem".


I have lost over 60 pounds since I committed to myself 100%, and I want to encourage you to make yourself a priority, not just so you can lose weight, but so you can feel your absolute best and meet whatever goal you are trying to reach. 


In my private online community, you will have access to all of the tools and resources I have used to keep the weight off I worked hard to lose, feel amazing, all while enjoying myself every single day.


WHAT YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO

Fitness On Demand: You will gain access to an amazing platform. Our fitness programs are an On Demand streaming service. Think of it as a Netflix for workouts. There are so many options to choose from. The best part is when you sign up, you get access to all of these programs for an entire year. As you as you finish one program, you can start another, or just choose movement based on how you feel. Options are truly endless. You will find things from boxing, cardio, strength training, stretching, yoga, and meditations.


Nutrition On Demand: The nutrition plan I follow is called 2B Mindset. It focuses on really being more mindful about what you eat. It guides you to really learn and understand what works for YOU based on how you feel and the results you get. It is easy to follow and great for people who are emotional or stress eaters, people who want to eat when they are bored, or for those that volume eat because there is no limit to the amount you eat as long as you follow the guidelines.

The reason I know I was able to stay committed long term, lose 60 pounds and keep it off, was because I was doing this alongside other likeminded women. 

Having a community to share the ins and outs of life with, support, and all the other things that come along with it, were a game changer. 

That is why I created a community of my own where I get to provide you with the same tools, and a safe place to share the journey.
