New Driver Referral Rules - $3,000

• Koch drivers will receive $3,000 per driver referral.
• $500 after first dispatch, $1,000 after 6 months of employment, and $1,500 after one year of employment of the referred driver.
• Referral and referred must be employed by Koch on date of payment.
• First installment payment of $500 to be paid on the First Friday after processing is complete and driver has completed orientation and completed the referred driver’s first dispatch.
• Second installment payment of $1,000 to be paid on the first Friday pay date 180 days after the first installment.
• Third installment payment of $1,500 to be paid on the first Friday pay date 365 days after the first installment.

Returning Driver Referral Rules - $2,000

• Koch drivers will receive $2,000 per hired driver referral.
• Referred driver has not worked for Koch within 6 months
• $500 after first dispatch, $500 after six months of employment, and $1,000 after one year of employment of the
• referred driver.
• Referral and referee must be employed by Koch on date of payment.
• First installment payment of $500 to be paid on the first Friday after processing is complete and driver has
• completed orientation and completed the referred driver’s first dispatch.
• Second installment payment of $500 to be paid on the first Friday pay date 180 days after the first installment.
• Third installment payment of $1,000 to be paid on the first Friday pay date 365 days after the first installment.

Employee Referral Procedures

• To refer a candidate, complete an Employee Referral Form in the Koch Mobile App.
• OR potential drivers should mention your name to a recruiter during the hiring process or add your name to our full driver application at www.ApplyKoch.com.

• Referring drivers should also instruct candidates to enter the referring driver's name on the application form, where appropriate.
• All candidates will be evaluated consistent with Koch Trucking's policies.

Driver Eligibility

For purposes of this policy, drivers who refer qualified candidates are eligible for entry in a driver referral bonus if the candidate is hired by Koch Trucking.

The following are not eligible to receive the referral bonuses:

• Executives or officers of Koch Trucking.
• Employees in the Human Resources Department.

To be eligible for the referral bonus, you must be employed by Koch Trucking on the payment date[s].

Driver Ineligibility

Driver referral bonuses will not be paid for:

• Current Koch Trucking drivers hired into a new position.
• Former/previous Koch Trucking drivers who have worked for Koch within 6 months
• Candidates working with an employment agency claiming a fee.
• Temporary positions, including those that transition into full-time positions.

Referral Award Eligibility

• If two or more eligible drivers refer the same qualified candidate, the employee that submitted the Driver Referral Form first will receive credit for that candidate’s submission.
• Payments made under this policy are subject to applicable taxes.
