Travel Information

Airport: The nearest airport to West-MEC is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).



Car Rental: There may be opportunities to carpool, you will want to make your own transportation arrangements.

Hotel Information: Although NC3 will not have a hotel block for this event, we recommend Home2 Suites by Hilton Buckeye Phoenix, located at 955 S Watson Rd, Buckeye, AZ 85326 3.6 miles (7 min) from campus.

Additional Information

Equipment: Please bring your own laptops as there will a limited number of laptops at the facility.

Attire: Please dress business casual. School shirts are recommended. Closed toed shoes are required.
