Ambetter Select plans feature in-person care from a smaller network of providers than our core plans, at a lower monthly premium cost. Plans have no referral requirements.

Once a Select plan member has chosen their in-network PCP, they can schedule their $0 annual wellness exam. Completing their wellness exam will earn My Health Pays rewards that they can use toward health-related costs and monthly bills such as premium payments*, deductibles/coinsurance, utilities and more.

Important Note: When scheduling appointments, members should state they’re an Ambetter Select member and their plan does not require referrals.
