I’m Sian Fisher, Personal Image Consultant with House of Colour. I am an expert in helping HR professionals achieve success through developing a strong personal brand.

I started my own HR career with Marks & Spencer nearly 20 years ago. Since then I have worked across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors gaining wide-ranging experience in the HR field. It’s a profession that I love and I have always been passionate about supporting people in the profession to be the best they can be and achieve their full potential. I now help fellow HR professionals to align how they present themselves with their HR expertise to maximise their impact and credibility.

The ability to build trust and credibility amongst your peers, customers, business leaders and other stakeholders is essential for a successful HR career. Connecting how you present yourself on the outside to who you are on the inside is the route to true authenticity.

My passion is helping fellow HR professionals unlock their confidence so that they can be visible whilst being their true selves. A strong personal brand, where you are authentic and visible, leads to credibility and trust - essential for any successful HR career. We learn how to “do” HR, but we don’t always learn how to present ourselves for maximum positive effect. I combine my knowledge of the HR profession with my House of Colour toolkit to gill in this missing piece of the jigsaw puzzle.
