NC3 is thrilled to kick off 2026 by launching our newest membership event: the NC3 Leadership Bootcamp. You're invited to join this dynamic day-and-a-half experience designed to strengthen your organization's certification process for emerging Leadership Schools or individuals who are new to established Leadership schools. Together, we will envision Centers of Excellence, build certification pathways tailored to your organization, and explore how to fully leverage the NC3 Leadership network.

Building on the momentum of our Annual Leadership Summit, these regional bootcamps will bring administrators together for benchmarking tours, hands-on activities, workshops and strategizing, networking, and a behind-the-scenes look at NC3’s Train-the-Trainer events in action.

At each Bootcamp event, attendees will:

  • Tour high-performing NC3 Leadership School facilities
  • Learn best practices from administrators, faculty, and staff
  • Participate in NC3 workshops and select certification activities

This new event is designed to deliver practical insights and proven strategies from across the NC3 network, helping leaders strengthen programs and expand student impact.
