| Group Ukulele is the perfect experience for beginners who want to try the instrument in a group setting among friends. They'll begin learning to read ukulele chords and basic strumming patterns to apply to some of their favorite pop tunes. Students will also work on music fundamentals in addition to the instrument. We will also incorporate listening and learning about important historical music. Our classes remain small so there is plenty of personal attention for each student. The class is a great way to try out the ukulele and see if it's a good instrument for you, before you begin private lessons.
- Note - students must provide their own Ukulele.

Day and Time: Fridays, 3:10 - 3:55
No class on April 18
Tuition: $180 Students will need to provide their own ukulele. Inexpensive options are available on Amazon or at the Old Town School store. Here's is a link to one option on Amazon. More expensive options are available, but it may be worthwhile to determine your child's level of interest before further investment.
A minimum of 4 students is needed to run each class. Classes will be limited to 8 children. Additional classes are available based on interest. Make ups are not available for group classes. Students are expected to follow instructions from the teacher and be respectful at all times. Should discipline be an issue we will first reach out to parents. If a problem continues we may regretfully ask students to forfeit the remainder of the session to ensure quality of instruction for all students. |
