Game Descriptions

Each game is 45 mins - Choose 2

Infrared Treasure Hunt

This game teaches players the fundamentals of IR thermography and how IR is used to diagnose building issues. Learn how IR cameras are used with air tightness testing to diagnose building air leaks.

The Pirates Gold

This game is an abridged version of our building science escape room that may be completed by a group of up to 6 people in 30 minutes. Learn about insulation R-Value and thermal bridging.

Competitive Air Sealing

This game teaches players about air sealing and air tightness testing methodologies including diagnostics. Player will use to common air sealing materials to seal wall penetrations such as conduit, plumbing, vents, holes etc. The player will use common testing equipment measure how well they’ve done relative to other time slots and theatrical fogging to identify leakage points.

Psychrometric Village

This game teaches players about psychrometrics and the thermal properties of moist air. Concepts of dry bulb and wet bulb temperature, relative humidity, condensation and evaporative cooling are explored.
