Weekly respite for our Friends and their family – and meaningful discipleship and servant leadership for our volunteer staff.  

• Activities: Music, crafts, exercise, memory games, and more.
• Café Experience: Start the day with beverages and snacks at the JC Café.
• Family-Style Lunch: Enjoy a nutritious hot lunch served at noon.

We are a social model of respite designed for Friends who are able to participate independently in a group setting.

To ensure a safe and engaging experience, participants should be able to:

• Be mobile (assisted devices are acceptable)
• Manage bathroom needs without assistance
• Eat independently

The cost is $50.00 per day, which includes all activities, snacks, and a hot, family-style lunch.

Friends may attend weekly, monthly, or on a personalized schedule that works best for their needs and routines.

We are looking for faith communities who share our heart for offering care, dignity, and joyful engagement to individuals living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory challenges. By partnering with Joyful-Connections, you’ll be providing essential respite for caregivers and a vibrant, supportive environment for participants—our Friends.
