Quincy Family YMCA Summer Camp is here!


We're thrilled to have your child(ren) join us for a summer full of adventure, learning, and fun. More details will be shared once registered, but for now, here’s what you need to know:


📅 Camp Dates: June 1 – August 14, 2026

📍 Location: Quincy Family YMCA, 3101 Maine St., Quincy, IL 62301

🕘 Drop-off & Pick-up Times: 7:30am – 5:30pm

🎒 What to Bring: Refillable water bottle, sunscreen, tennis shoes, socks, hat, change of clothes 

🚫 Electronics: Phones and other electronic devices are NOT allowed at the YMCA Summer Camp Program. If found, they will be confiscated, and the child’s parent/guardian will be called.

💲 Vending Machines: Vending machines on-site will NOT be open to our students.

Please look below at our YMCA Summer Camp Checklist for all things needing to be completed for your student to participate:

  1. Medication Authorization Form - If your child requires medication during camp, please complete the Medication Authorization Form before the first day. You can access it HERE.
  2. Krazy Town Trampoline Park Waiver - If your child would like to participate in our field trip to Krazy Town Trampoline Park, please click HERE and complete their waiver.
  3. Online Registration & Payments - To ensure a smooth start, please review and complete any remaining forms or payments by Saturday, May 23, 2026. You can find all necessary details on our website: CLICK HERE
  4. 2026 Youth Behavior Contract - At the YMCA, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for all campers. To help ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask that each camper and their parent/guardian review and sign the 2026 Youth Behavior Contract together before the start of camp on June 1, 2026. If not completed, campers cannot participate in Summer Camp activities.
  5. Quincy Public Mobile Library - We are excited to welcome the Quincy Public Mobile Library to our Summer Camp, giving campers a fun and engaging opportunity to explore books and build a love of reading. To help us ensure a safe and organized experience for all children, please complete this form so we can account for participation and maintain proper supervision during this special activity: Mobile Library Permission Form. If you wish for your child to check out books on the Mobile Library and do not have a library card, please fill out this form to apply for a library card HERE.
  6. Parent A-Z Guide - To ensure you have everything you need for Summer Camp at the Quincy Family YMCA, please look over our Summer Camp Parent A-Z Guide HERE.
  7. Summer Camp Pre-Survey - At the YMCA, we are always looking for ways to strengthen our programs and how we impact the community around us. We would love to have you and your family's feedback as we conduct a pre-survey and post-survey for our Summer Camp families.
