Summer is right around the corner and it's the perfect time to take your game to the next level with our 10-week comprehensive training program.
Ages 8 and up will focus on building a solid athletic foundation by working on speed, agility and quickness.
Upper middle school, high school and collegiate athletes will continue to build upon that foundation with strength and power making them more well-rounded and injury resistant athletes.
All athletes begin with an initial evaluation to determine which training path best suits their individual needs. Training is provided in a group setting with plenty of coaches on hand to ensure the safety and effectiveness of programming for all participants.
