Empowering Schools to Expand the Pilates Community

Our initiative is to to connect aspiring Pilates teachers with training schools, fostering a supportive community where students, schools, and the NPCP work together. Through our Teacher Training Program resource list, we simplify the path to certification.

Incentives for Schools

We have discounts for schools that encourage their graduates to obtain the NPCP Credentials.

Comprehensive | Pilates Mat



Application & Reattestation

• Schools must submit an application and attest that their program meets NPCP eligibility requirements.
• Currently listed schools will be required to reattest annually to confirm continued alignment with updated eligibility requirements.
• A non-refundable administrative fee of $25 per approved year is required to apply or reattest.

Requirements

• The Teacher Trainer leading the course is required to be an NCPT or PMC, depending on the teacher training program offered.
• The Teacher Trainer leading the course is required to have at least 5 years of Pilates teaching post graduation.
• Program(s) must align with eligibility requirements: Comprehensive | Pilates Mat



Renewal

• Listings must be renewed annually to remain active and retain use of the Verified Program logo.
• Lapsed listings will lose active status and must reapply to be reinstated.
• The Verified Program logo will reflect the current approved year.

Verified Program Logo

• Active listed schools may display the Verified Program logo on their website and marketing materials.
• The logo may not be altered in any way.
• Logo use is only permitted while active listing status is maintained.



Recommended Website Language

"[School Name] is listed on the NPCP School Directory as a Verified Program, confirming that our teacher training meets the eligibility requirements for the graduates to sit for the NPCP exam(s)."

Pathway to Listing

1. Teacher Trainer holds NPCP credential.
