| Hello Living Springs Church Family,
This has been a significant week for our family. As most of you know, Jocelyn’s dad went home to be with the Lord recently and we had the celebration of life this past Saturday afternoon. Although we miss him very much, there has been such a sense of peace. We are truly thankful for his legacy as he was someone who followed Jesus wholeheartedly! We’ve also been deeply touched by the outpouring of support through prayers, encouragement and very practical help. We feel truly blessed to be a part of this church family that knows how to love so well!
There was a powerful sense of the Holy Spirit touching lives this past Sunday morning in both the Moose Jaw and Regina locations. It seems that there is a real heightened sense of things in the spiritual realm everywhere we look. It is so wonderful to know that our God is greater than all of the circumstances going on in the world, and nothing can touch us in the palm of His hand (John 10:29).
This upcoming weekend, in the message, I will be speaking about how we are in covenant with God. We will be looking at how powerful this covenant truly is. God believes in you! Through the blood of Jesus, you have been adopted into His family. For all of eternity, He is committed to you and will never leave you. While we are here on this earth, the Lord has called us to be His ambassadors. I pray that the Lord will use you to be a bold witness for Christ in whatever circumstance you find yourself. I pray, the joy of the Lord will be your strength. I pray that His love will be demonstrated in power as you shine Jesus to a world that so desperately needs hope!
May the peace of Christ guard your heart and mind as God richly pours out His blessing upon you and your family!
