MMS is offering our 32-hour Mediator and Conflict Resolution training this coming January 2026.
MMS Mediator Trainings teach skills that can enrich your interactions personally, professionally, and in your community. Some trainees go on to join MMS' panel of volunteer mediators, an exciting way to serve our communities.
MMS Mediator trainings are attended by social workers; attorneys; educators; public officials and administrators; health care providers; real estate, HR and other business professionals; community organizers and volunteers. MMS has been providing these trainings for over 30 years.
This is a highly rated, comprehensive 32-hour mediator training course. Attendance at all sessions is required to earn the certificate.
Tuition and Discounts: Full tuition is $760. Early registrants (prior to December 29th), automatically receive a $115 discount. Participants who "bring-a-friend" may take $50 off of each early registration or $100 off of the regular tuition. Call 617-241-0300 to learn about our group discounts. We seek and welcome diversity in these programs. Some scholarships are available.
Professional CEU credits: Social Worker CEU and Licensed Mental Health Counselor CEU credits are available. This training satisfies the training components of qualification standards under the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Uniform Rules on Dispute Resolution and of MGL Ch. 233 s.23c.
