ELIGIBILITY This show is open to all Orange County Fine Arts (OCFA) members who have juried into the gallery. Are you a member, but haven't juried in yet? CLICK HERE to make a jury appointment.
THEME The theme for this exhibition is "The Heat is On". This is Southern California, and summer has its own style and rhythm. From the beaches to the mountains, the deserts to the cities, this show is all about summer in SoCal.

- 20 Ibs. on-wall
- 50 lbs. off-wall
ARTWORK LABELING
- Each piece of artwork must have two identical labels: One in FRONT, and one in BACK.
- The two labels are used for identification and orientation when hanging.
- Please use a 1” strip of masking tape to adhere one label to the bottom right of the Front of your piece(s), and also one label on the Back of your piece(s).
- Do not wrap tape over the top of or around the side or artwork (damage has occurred in the past when this was done).

ACCEPTANCE INTO EXHIBIT All artwork accepted into the exhibit is subject to approval by the Gallery Directors. All displayed artwork must be listed for sale. Artists will need to submit the following:
- Your Name
- Contact Info (Email & Phone)
- Title of artwork
- Medium
- Frame size choice
- Image (1200px on the long side)
- Provide a brief description/statement about the piece
Fees:
- $20 Per-Piece Show Fee
- $15 One-Time Reception Fee
- Payment must be made at the time of entry using the online entry form.
- All artwork entered will be displayed in the Online Gallery at http://showcasegalleryoc.com/
DROP-OFF / TAKE-IN The take-in of artwork to Showcase Gallery will be on August 1st, 2024 from 11am-5pm. Accepted artwork must be hand delivered.
OPENING RECEPTION The opening reception will be on August 3, 2024, from 5pm -7pm.
PICK-UP Art work pick-up will be during the next show drop-off/take-in on September 4th & 5th from 11am-5pm. All artwork must be removed during this time. Please make arrangements for pick-up on this date/time if you are not personally available.
REPRODUCTION OF ARTWORK IMAGES Any artwork entered in this show may be reproduced for OCFA’s advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes without consent of or notification to the artist or the artist’s agent.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY By entering the exhibit through OCFA, the Artist acknowledges that OCFA will take all reasonable care to safeguard their images and Artist accepts that OCFA, its agents, associates, directors, officers, volunteers will not be responsible for any damage, injury, liability, loss, or theft, should any occur. Insurance for digital representations of art entered in this show is each individual Artist’s responsibility. By entering, Artist agrees to all terms described in this contract.
SALES, SALES TAX, COMMISSIONS, SHIPPING Artists Will Retain 75% of the sale price of any artwork sold during this show. Showcase Gallery will collect a 25% commission on all art sales during the show. All sales will be handled directly between the buyer and Showcase Gallery. Sales tax will be collected on each art sale by Showcase Gallery. Showcase Gallery will issue payment to the Artist for any sales. All shipping arrangements will be between the buyer and the Artist.
