What are DCA Customer Appreciation Gift Certificates?
Available just once a year, Customer Appreciation Gift Certificates cost 20% less than their face

value and can be used towards cosmetic procedures and Advanced SkinCare products all year long. For example, a Customer Appreciation Gift Certificate worth $500 costs $400.

Which services can Customer Appreciation Gift Certificates be applied to?
There are 2 types of Customer Appreciation Gift Certificate:
Cosmetic Injectable Services—Use towards Botox/Dysport & Fillers like Juvederm, Voluma, Volux, Sculptra, and Restylane.
ASC Services & Advanced SkinCare Products—Use towards Advanced SkinCare Products, Laser Treatments (HALO, MOXI, BBL), BodySculpting (CoolSculpting & CoolTone), Chemical Peels, Hydrafacials, Microneedling, and VIVACE RF Microneedling.
MAXIMUM VALUE FOR EACH GIFT CERTIFICATE IS $1500. EACH PATIENT MAY PURCHASE A MAXIMUM OF ONE GIFT CERTIFICATE OF EACH TYPE.

Are skincare products also 20% off during Customer Appreciation Week?
Yes! In addition to Gift Certificates sale you can save 20% on all of our Advanced Skincare products. They are likewise available in our online store, over the phone, and in our Advanced SkinCare Center. NOTE: All Advanced SkinCare products purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I buy a Gift Certificate for my friend or family member?
Yes. In our online store, make sure to enter the recipient's name and date of birth in the appropriate

fields.

If my spouse or relative purchases a Gift Certificate and decides not to use it,

can I use their certificate towards my procedure?
No. Each certificate is assigned to a specific patient account, are non-trasferrable and can only be redeemed by that patient.

Are there any exceptions?
Yes. Customer Appreciation Gift Certificates cannot be used on treatment packages (except CoolSculpting and CoolTone), consultation fees, service deposits, ear piercing/earlobe repair, cosmetic lesion removals (moles, skin tags), or in combination with DCA special discounts.

Do Customer Appreciation Gift Certificates expire?
Certificates retain their original purchase price value, but the additional 20% value expires after about one year. 2026 Gift Certificates will expire October 1, 2027.

When can I start using my 2026 Gift Certificates?
