Turknett Leadership Group (TLG) is thrilled to announce the addition of two new coaches to its team. Joining is Demi Gray, Ph.D., MBA, Executive Coach and Chief People & Culture Officer for OMS360, and Denise Hall, PCC, CPCC, Executive Coach. Demi and Denise each bring extensive experience working with leaders and teams to help them reach their goals and unleash their full potential. TLG is excited to partner with Denise and Demi to further its vision of spreading leadership character around the world.

Tim Huff recently joined Talent Connections LLC and Career Spa LLC for their Wednesday Webinar Series to talk about authentic leadership. During the webinar, Tim delivered the key attributes that define authentic leadership, what it is and what it isn’t, and explored three ways we can apply and practice authentic leadership in our daily lives. TLG's Tino Mantella will be speaking to members of the GNFCC Chairman’s Circle on May 9^th at the Chairman’s Circle Executive RoundTable. During the event, Tino will deliver insights to members on the growing purpose-driven movement and how organizations across the country are going beyond the bottom line and prioritizing purpose in their operations and business.

The team at TLG enjoyed another successful year at SOAHR, SHRM-Atlanta's premier HR Conference, held at the Gas South Convention Center in Duluth, GA. During the two-day event, TLG hosted an exciting panel that leveraged multi-media to explore the evolution of cultural norms. We also made many new friends and saw old friends at our booth. We even had surprise celebrity visits from Michael Scott of The Office, and Dr. Miranda Bailey from Grey's Anatomy! We look forward to SOAHR 2024!
