It was a nail biter all the way until the very end. Congrats to our winners:

  • 1st Place - Dementia on the Bench
  • 2nd Place - We Need a Name
  • 3rd Place - Mensa Schmensa

Seminar: Understanding Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Wednesday, March 26, 2025

We had a fantastic turnout of over 100 people for the Understanding Artificial Intelligence seminar, presented by our very own Frisco Lakes resident, Jan Hendersin!

Jan did a wonderful job breaking down what AI is, what it’s currently capable of, and what the future might hold. Her clear and thoughtful explanations helped us gain a better understanding of AI and how we can safely incorporate it into our everyday lives.

Thank you, Jan, for hosting such an informative and engaging seminar that helped ease some of our concerns.

-Concocted by a ChatBot

Lots of interest for a seminar on Artificial Intelligence because people are either unaware of it or they are skeptical of it

Jenny Dowdy from the Programming Committee (left) introducing the AI presenter, Jan Hendersin, N7 (right)

Thanks to the Programming Committee for putting on an educational seminar - Janet Walker (left) and Steve Trent (right)
