Estate Planning Seminar with Retirement Planners of America (RPOA)

Thursday, June 20, 2024

RPOA came to Frisco Lakes to discuss a crucial topic for our residents - estate planning - evident by the incredible turnout for the event. Staley Shiller touched up on wills, trusts, long-term care expenses, and transferring assets. Don't miss his next presentation on Tuesday, July 30th, about social security benefits.

FL101

Thursday, June 20, 2024

We hope the new residents who came out to FL101 learned a lot about what the staff does and what the Association has to offer. We host FL101 (brief overview of the Association, management company, amenities, events, and committees) every quarter. If a resident moves into your neighborhood, let them know about the next FL101 so they can hear about all the cool stuff offered at Frisco Lakes.

Summer Bash

Saturday, June 15, 2024

Our residents had a blast at the Summer Bash hosted by the Social Committee. People came out in their beach wear ready to dance the night away. Freshly grilled hamburgers and chicken sandwiches by The HamburgerMan were a hit, Dallas Disc Jockeys kept the dance floor busy throughout the night, and residents enjoyed tossing the beach balls around. Wait until you hear what the Social Committee is cooking up for Halloween. Until then!
