Janelle Nunez is an associate at Fisher Phillips in the San Francisco office. She advises employers on a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims as well as labor management relations.


Garrick Chan is an associate at Fisher Phillips in the San Francisco office. He advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law and privacy matters related to background checks and litigates single plaintiff and class/representative action cases brought under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and the state's Labor Code, including wage and hour, discrimination, and wrongful termination claims.
