SECTION 1 — PURPOSE OF THE C.A.N. COMMUNITY AUCTION STORE
The C.A.N. Community Auction Store (“C.A.N. Store”) is a promotional marketplace operated by Promote Black Business LLC (PBB). Its purpose is to advertise, promote, and increase visibility for Black‑owned businesses while giving consumers access to deep‑discount offers similar to Groupon (50%–90% off).
During the pre‑launch beta test, all revenue generated through consumer purchases is reinvested into the completion of PBB’s pre‑launch preparation for April 2027.
SECTION 2 — TERMS FOR BUSINESS OWNERS
2.1 Promotional Purpose Only
Items submitted to the C.A.N. Store are used solely for advertising and promotional exposure on the PBB App. They are not retail orders and do not generate direct revenue for your company.
Your submission fee covers PBB’s cost to:
Market your item
Manage your listing
Maintain your leads list
Place your leads into the PBB automation system
Direct customers to your website, store, or social media
2.2 Retail & Wholesale Value Disclosure
Business owners must provide accurate retail value and wholesale value for each item. These values ensure proper representation and valuation inside the C.A.N. system.
2.3 Shipping or Delivery Information
If your item requires shipping or delivery, you must provide:
Shipping or delivery options
Estimated delivery times
Applicable fees
Local delivery radius (if offered)
2.4 Exposure & Lead Generation
The more items you contribute, the more:
Exposure your business receives
Leads are added to your list
Traffic is directed to your digital platforms
PBB does not guarantee sales or conversions.
2.5 Approval & Removal Rights
PBB may approve, modify, or remove any submission that does not meet brand standards or community guidelines.
SECTION 3 — TERMS FOR CONSUMERS
3.1 Deep‑Discount Purchasing
Consumers may purchase promotional items at 50%–90% off, similar to Groupon. These purchases support the beta test phase and help finalize the PBB App’s pre‑launch development.
3.2 Beta Test Revenue Allocation
During the beta test, 100% of consumer purchase revenue is invested into:
Pre‑launch development
System completion
Infrastructure preparation for April 2027
Consumers understand that purchases during this phase are part of a testing environment.
3.3 No Direct Retail Fulfillment by PBB
PBB does not ship or fulfill products. Consumers redeem their promotional purchase directly with the business owner.
SECTION 4 — POST‑LAUNCH TERMS (Effective After April 2027)
4.1 Subscription Access
After the official launch, the C.A.N. Store will no longer be free. Access will require a monthly subscription.
4.2 Revenue Distribution
After launch, all purchases made through the C.A.N. Store will be evenly distributed between:

These funds are established by Promote Black Business LLC in partnership with vested C.A.N. members.
4.3 Vested Membership Requirements
To become a vested member, subscribers must:
Complete 12 consecutive months of subscription
Maintain an active subscription thereafter
4.4 Membership Transferability
Vested membership is:

Transferable
This ensures long‑term generational value.
4.5 Promotional Points
Subscribers earn promotional points redeemable after the re‑launch. Points may be used for:
C.A.N. Store deals
Partner discounts
Monthly drawings
Giveaways
Ticket sales
Special offers
SECTION 5 — COMMUNITY FUND & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
5.1 Purpose of the Funds
The C.A.N. Fund, Youth Fund, and related drives are designed to:
Engage C.A.N. members
Support listed business owners
Build community infrastructure
Create economic opportunities
Establish sustainable ownership models
5.2 Community Voting
Vested members vote on how funds are invested into community infrastructure projects that:
Create jobs
Strengthen local economies
Build long‑term sustainability
Expand Black‑owned economic power
SECTION 6 — GENERAL TERMS
6.1 Accuracy of Information
All information submitted or displayed must be accurate. PBB is not responsible for errors provided by business owners.
6.2 Intellectual Property
Business owners retain ownership of all submitted materials but permit PBB to use them for promotional purposes.
6.3 Updates to Terms
PBB may update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
SECTION 7 — PRIVACY & COMMUNICATION RIGHTS
Promote Black Business LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of all C.A.N. participants. Consumer information collected through the C.A.N. Community Auction Store will not be shared, sold, or distributed to any outside party. By bidding on or purchasing a promotional item, consumers agree that Promote Black Business LLC may send email or text communications containing additional information or offers on behalf of the participating business whose product or service they engaged with. Consumers may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
