Access To Mental and Behavioral Health Care

for Students in K-12 Schools

The Iowa Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights is currently conducting a study on access to mental and behavioral health care for students in K-12 schools. In particular, the Committee hopes to understand the barriers, if any, to access mental and behavioral health services for students on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, or national origin.
