Updated COVID Protocols: Our area is considered low risk at this time, so masks are optional in the shrine room. Vaccination is encouraged but not required. Staying up-to-date on your boosters is also recommended. Of course, good hand washing is still important, and you should stay home if you have any symptoms at all (e.g., cold-like, allergy-like, or intestinal). We will continue to use social distancing in the temple along with ventilation and air purification to help mitigate risks from singing. Unvaccinated and immunosuppressed people are encouraged to use good judgement to protect yourselves with adequate masks. Tashi Choling has high-quality masks available as you enter the temple if you wish to use them. Please note that if the COVID risk level increases again, we may alter our protocol.
