What does this mean? How will it help you?
It's helpful to know your shadow. Otherwise, you may "act out" or leak out energy in ways that hurt you or others. The shadow is often "hidden" or unconscious, yet can be transmitted across generations!
When it's important to avoid causing hurt or harm, it helps to know what your shadow is! You can be "the ONE" that stops the transmission of generational trauma!
It's essential for your growth that you know your gifts. If you needed to disconnect from yourself for safety, then it makes sense that you may need help reconnecting. Starting with something POSITIVE can be so helpful. This is where knowing, remembering, & actively using your gifts can be transformational!
