Fostering Meaningful Connections

2025–2026 Training Plan

Welcome to the New Hampshire Home Visiting Learning Hub! This Learning Hub is intended to connect home visitors and other family support professionals with resources that deepen their practice supporting families to nurture strong caregiver-child relationships.  Specifically, we provide support to staff working with families enrolled in Comprehensive Family Support Services, Healthy Families America, Kinship Navigation, and Newborn Navigation.

The theme for this year is fostering meaningful connections. This theme will be the thread that connects all of our training activities, anchored by the fall and spring learning exchanges.

This training plan is designed to help New Hampshire home visiting staff identify training resources available through the New Hampshire Home Visiting Learning Hub, and are intended to complement the separate core training requirements required by each family support program. Use this information in whatever way best meets your organization’s needs. If your team is creating a professional development schedule for the year, review the whole plan. Or pick and choose the ones that will strengthen your team’s skills in particular areas.

We will keep this page updated with new opportunities as they arise, so be sure to check back regularly.
