| 4-H is a youth development program that helps young people grow through hands-on learning, leadership, and lifelong friendships. As part of Rutgers Cooperative Extension and Rutgers University, 4-H offers fun, educational experiences that build confidence, curiosity, and real-world life skills through agriculture, animals, science, creative arts, and more.
Using the “learn by doing” approach, 4-H encourages youth to discover their strengths, develop leadership skills, and create a true sense of belonging within their community.
NO ANIMAL SALES: The Farm Fair Board of Trustees has been advised by the Department of Agriculture that the Fair only provides an opportunity for buyers and sellers to exchange information regarding animal sales. Actual sales transactions must take place off the fairgrounds, at the seller’s home or farm. The only official animal sales event conducted at the Fair is the scheduled market sale. |
